The Population Geography Research Group (PGRG) provides a forum for population geographers to present and discuss the latest findings of research in the sub-discipline through its conference and publication activities, to debate relevant theoretical, philosophical and methodological issues, and to consider policy dimensions, both in the UK and internationally.

Applications are invited for the post of Senior Lecturer in Human Geography. Candidates with research interests in fields related to the three main research clusters – ‘new mobilities‘, ‘geographies of risk, resilience and social justice‘ and ‘spatial governance‘ – are particularly encouraged to apply. The successful candidate will have a track record of research income generation, high quality publications and postgraduate supervision and be expected to offer research leadership in relation to the development of the profile of human geography at Dundee.
