The Population Geography Research Group (PGRG) provides a forum for population geographers to present and discuss the latest findings of research in the sub-discipline through its conference and publication activities, to debate relevant theoretical, philosophical and methodological issues, and to consider policy dimensions, both in the UK and internationally.

The Healthy Environments Research Programme, Department of Geography, Queen Mary, University of London in collaboration with The London School of Hygiene & Tropical Medicine, MRC Epidemiology Unit, University of East Anglia and the University of Newcastle invites applications for three posts to support the National Evaluation of the Healthy Towns Programme.

All posts are full-time and fixed-term for 3.5 years. Prospective candidates for Posts 1 & 2 may apply for both positions.

*Post 1: Senior Research Fellow*
Salary: £37,332 per annum
